1 bedroom apartment in Graduate Hospital Area with possibility to get furniture from current tenant
Good morning, everybody, I am a researcher at UPenn and will likely move out of my apartment at the end of June. When the current lease ends (August 31, 2024), I am looking for an excellent person to sublease in July and August and sign for... September 2024 to Sep 2025 (if you wish to do that). You can decide if you want to renew the lease in May 2024, so you must be fast about this. I need to tell to my real estate agency if I want to renew by May 2024.
This 1-bedroom unit is a gem, and it's currently fully furnished with my personal items, including a top-notch mattress, a 43-inch Samsung TV, and a pre-installed Internet connection. I also installed a security alarm system in the unit (Abode System).
You have the flexibility to decide whether to purchase some or all of the furniture, and I'm open to offering a great deal.(I am being honest with you I want to be able to move out without having to pay for moving my furniture, and therefore, I will prioritize people who want to lease and take my furniture)
My ideal scenario is to find someone who's ready to move in and take over everything that's currently in the apartment. I'm even willing to leave behind essentials like pots, dishes, and glassware as I'm relocating overseas.
The apartment is in one of Philadelphia's safest zones, and it is extremely rare to find an apartment like this in the Graduate Hospital Area. Neighbors are quiet, and you will rarely hear them. The Internet and Electricity are under my name, but we could easily switch those under your name when the moment comes.
