Acquired in the summer of 2016, The Knickerbocker team worked for 18 months designing, planning, and, ultimately, transforming this early 20th Century classic from forlorn to four, state of the art, University City apartments. The Knickerbocker team has been honored with both the University City Historical Society's top award for renovation and preservation as well as the Pennsylvania Apartment Association's Gold Award for outstanding maintenance.
