2615 Manton St Townhome (Shared Housing)

Hi! We are Jesse and Ben, two male grad students at UPenn looking for a third roommate starting anytime after May 15th through the month of August. The property is 3 stories as well as a basement, and is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, where the basement... bedroom has been converted into a room for tabletop games. The public spaces will mostly remain furnished as in the picture, though a couple of furniture items have been replaced and a rug and some pictures added. Our third roommate is leaving to move in with his girlfriend at the start of May, so a little bit of time has been padded to allow for things to go wrong. The bedroom shown in the picture is the bedroom on offer, and is on the second floor. It will not be furnished – all items within will be leaving with said third roommate. The laundry machines and the blue bathroom are also on the second floor, the bathroom being a shared bathroom with the other bedroom on the second floor. If a private shower/toilet is preferable, the other bathroom, located in the basement, is typically unused unless there are guests or people are in the basement. The first floor is a shared living space that opens to the kitchen. There is a dining table and a lounge area with TV. The L-couch on the first floor pulls out into a queen sized pseudo-bed, with sheets available.

The Lease officially begins August 1st and lasts 1 year, but you can replace the former 3rd party for the duration before August. The area includes a good grocery store within a 5 minute walk. Read More
