Also has onsite basement... laundry. It's between the 13 and 11 trolley lines that will take you right into Center City in about 15 minutes. It's just a short walk to all that Baltimore Ave has to offer. Tenant pays for gas (heat and hot water) and electric. Cats are fine, but we do not allow dogs. First and Security (TWO month's rent = $1850) is needed to move in.
