I'm looking for a roomie in my modern and comfortable 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment (866 sq. feet) in Center City. Your room room is bright and has a beautiful view over Philly's skyline. As a nice little perk, you'll have your own bathroom... adjacent to your room. The apartment is located at AQ Rittenhouse (Chestnut & 20th Sts) roughly 25 minutes walking from the Penn campus, 10 minutes from 30th Street Station and another 10 minutes to City Hall. We're in the middle of Philly's Center City district with unlimited shopping, dining and bar opportunities.
