It is a 12-15 minute walk to HUP, and it will be available mid-July. The common areas and... kitchen are already furnished, and we’ve loved the neighborhood and location so far! The bedroom takes up the entire third floor so there is plenty of space for a desk, couch, TV, large bed, etc. The room also has two large walk-in closets and an en suite bathroom with two sinks, a shower, and a bathtub. Washer/dryer in-unit. Rent is $1,580 — utilities not included.
We have a pretty large common space with plenty of room to study or work. We use the ground floor as a workout area. There is a ground floor patio, deck off the kitchen, and a deck on the top floor.
