Private Large Bedroom in 4 bed 2 bath rowhome (Furnished, Capped Utilities)
Private furnished large room with capped utilities and plenty of closet space.
Hello, I am looking to rent the largest bedroom in my 4 bed 2 bath row-home to a fellow young professionals/student.
Utilities are capped at $80/month, meaning it can be... less but never more. The house has an Instacart account that everyone can use for free. The TV has netflix, hulu, Prime, and Disney+. The house has a rumba and other smart features. House also has central heating/cooling.
The house is on 51st and Delancey (between Spruce and Pine) and it’s a spacious recently renovated row-home.
The room is available this month.
The bedroom is on the 2nd floor along with 2 other rooms. The 2 other rooms are rented to two female Penn nursing grads. A separate floor in the home is occupied by another Penn nursing grad (me- Carlos).
Some basic info about me: I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I’ve been in Philly for almost 13 years, I like to sew, exercise, and explore. I’m also gay, hispanic, cleanly and easy going.
