I am a Penn professor based in Brooklyn, on sabbatical beginning in January 2025. It's a special little house, with ample work space and great light.

--There are two large primary bedrooms (about 300 sq feet), one is partly furnished with a mattress... , side table and area rug.

--There is a small office.

--The common areas (first floor living, dining) are lightly furnished with a dining table, dining chairs, sofa, giant reading chair, and area rugs.

--Dishwasher and washer/dryer; highly effective window air-conditioner that cools the entire first floor.

--Kitchen is equipped with lots of basics including cookware, dishes, glasses, kettle, flatware, a bunch of daily tools.

--Bath and powder rooms are newly renovated, featuring claw foot tub and walk-in shower, handmade shelves, new tile floors.

--Lovingly planned, professionally tended garden.

--Monthly cleaning.

--Huge amount of storage space in the basement.
