Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in University city/Spruce hill starting anytime between January 1st and Feb. 1st 2025 with option to renew the lease at the end of May 2025. I’m a graduate nursing student graduating in December and I... unexpectedly need to move to Massachusetts once I finish school!
It’s a studio apartment in The Ivy, right on Spruce street. It’s located directly on the 42 bus route, it’s a 5 minute walk to the 34 trolley line, and it’s about a 15 minute walk to UPenn. This studio is perfect for a student coming to UPenn, Drexel or Saint Joseph's for the spring semester. There’s free street parking on many of the surrounding streets. Free laundry in the basement and basement storage space for rent. I have really loved living in this cute neighborhood and quiet building, and I’m sad to go!
I’m planning on taking my furniture with me, but if you need furniture, we can negotiate. Rent is $1,075 with $55.00 flat rate for utilities besides electric.
